After Payment of your order, You will receive a confirmation of the order in your mail including purchase invoice.

And you can check order status from your my account's Order List. 

• While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 5-7 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 7-10 working days.
• International Orders: International orders will get delivered anywhere between 10-20 days, depending upon the customer's location and the customs clearance procedure of the destination country.

To  return a delivered product, you have to click on the return button on the user order list page after product delivery. Then the order status of that particular order item will be return requested after that our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
