To raise a return request, you have to click on the return button on the user order list page after product delivery. Then the order status of that particular order item will be return requested after that our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.

What is eligible for a return?

You may return any product purchased from goldfaab.com that is unused and in new condition.
Made to measure products are not eligible for returns.

Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?

For customers residing in India, our team will arrange for the return shipment.
For customers residing outside India, customers need to courier the product back to us and the return courier charges are to be borne by the customers.

How much time does it take to get my refund?

Once the returned product is received by us, our team will perform a quality check of the product. The refund is initiated after return product reaches our centre. The refund takes between 10 to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
